PRINCIPLES

How we work together.

  • Every member joins a closed circle of six to eight people, matched by stage, industry and ambition. You meet the same faces every two weeks, so trust builds and advice compounds instead of resetting. Nobody hides in the back row: each session someone puts a real decision on the table and the room works it through together, with honest opinions and no politeness tax.

  • Membership runs on contribution. You answer before you ask, share the template that worked, and open the introduction that took you years to earn. What one member learns becomes the whole community's advantage, written into the library for the next person. The people who give the most tend to get the most, and everyone here knows it, which is why the standard stays high.

  • This is a room of game players: people who are building, running or funding something real right now and want to win at it. There are no spectators, no networkers collecting business cards and no coaches selling courses. Everyone is admitted on how they think and how they show up, so every person you meet is someone you would actually want in your corner.

I started Forpreneurs because the best advice I ever got came from other founders, and most of it was never written down. So we began writing it down, and we brought people together to use it.

The library holds what members have learned. The circles are where they help each other apply it. Everyone here was introduced by someone who vouches for them, and everyone is expected to be useful.
